At Miha Home, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering quality furniture to your doorstep. However, if something isn't right, we're here to help.
Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery only in case of:
- Damaged goods
- Defective products
- Items received incorrectly (wrong item, color, or size)
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support with images of the defect/damage
- Our team will inspect the issue and arrange a replacement at no additional cost if eligible
Return Policy
We currently do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product after delivery, or incorrect measurements taken by the customer.
We encourage all customers to double-check product dimensions and specifications before placing an order.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products that are custom-made or personalized
- Items that have been used, altered, or assembled
- Products reported after the 7-day window
